Moddelmog resigns from CEO post of breast cancer group Hala Moddelmog has resigned as president and CEO of the breast cancer organization Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the group announced Nov. 19. She has held the post since 2006. Moddelmog cited “the rigors of the job in the last three years,” as one reason for her departure, said Emily Callahan, vice president of marketing for the group.
